First Look: Three New Large-Scale Paintings
June 2025 | Notes From The Studio | Issue 23
It’s a beautiful thing, the journey that art takes.
Lately, I’ve been thinking about the way a painting can travel — not just across physical spaces, but into entirely new contexts. A canvas that begins in my quiet Seattle studio might later echo across a hotel lobby in another part of the world, offering a sense of calm, curiosity, or connection to someone I’ll never meet.
Today, I’m sharing the beginning of that journey with you — a first look at three new large-scale abstract paintings that are about to be licensed by Look Walls & Interiors for hospitality wallcoverings. Before they’re off into the world, I’m offering you the first chance to see them — and, if one of the paintings speaks to you, to reserve it before it returns to Seattle and is added to my gallery.

These large-scale original paintings are priced between $4300 and $4800, and I’m offering complimentary shipping within the continental U.S.
To ensure safe transport, each piece will be shipped rolled — a professional method that protects large-scale work and allows it to be stretched and framed to your preferences.
If you’d like to request detailed images of the art or have questions, just reply to this email. You’ll also have the option to reserve the painting to purchase upon its return.
